Summary

Trouble in Paradise

Masahiro and Kousuke have started living together in their own apartment, and Masahiro is determined not to let the one-month time limit get him down。 However, trouble begins to brew when Kousuke gets buried in work and comes home late every night。 Much to Masahiro’s dismay, they’re hardly able to see one another outside of school。 Meanwhile, Kensuke finally comes to terms with the feelings he has for Hasekura…and things really start to heat up!

This volume was sweet and wholesome and all about the building relationships between the two main couples。 Plus it helped cheer me up during a few very bad days。

Another hit by MemecoI am obsessed with the series and look forward to each released。 Volume 10 was another hit 。 Cannot wait for volume 11

This series blows me away with how sweet it is。 I've said it before and I'll say it again: the concept might be problematic, but the content is really wholesome。 This series blows me away with how sweet it is。 I've said it before and I'll say it again: the concept might be problematic, but the content is really wholesome。 。。。more

Warning: Spoilers for Volume 9Volume 9 of Hitorijime My Hero was GREAT。 There was closure to Onda's plans to sabotage Kousuke and Masahiro's relationship (complete with a fist fight and a ridiculously dangerous spider-man stunt), we learned more about Kousuke's high school days, Kousuke and Masahiro finally moved in together, groundwork was laid for the possibility of a new romance for Yuge, and there was finally some forward movement in Hasekura's relationship with Kensuke。 That was a lot of st Warning: Spoilers for Volume 9Volume 9 of Hitorijime My Hero was GREAT。 There was closure to Onda's plans to sabotage Kousuke and Masahiro's relationship (complete with a fist fight and a ridiculously dangerous spider-man stunt), we learned more about Kousuke's high school days, Kousuke and Masahiro finally moved in together, groundwork was laid for the possibility of a new romance for Yuge, and there was finally some forward movement in Hasekura's relationship with Kensuke。 That was a lot of stuff and I remember feeling the same way I feel after watching a well written season finale of a show that I'm crazy about。 I felt a sense of closure as well as excitement about what was coming next。Volume 10, understandably, doesn't have this same impact, but it was still very good。 We get to see how Kensuke is handling all of his new feelings toward Hasekura and how Masahiro is adjusting to living in his new apartment with a barely present Kousuke。 While I enjoyed watching Kensuke and Hasekura's cute reactions to each other, I thought the story involving Masahiro and Kousuke was just meh。 Kousuke has Masahiro to himself now so he's going to have to figure out a way to keep him from feeling lonely。 He's used to be surrounded by all his friends, not coming home to an empty apartment。 I wonder if Kousuke would be okay with them coming over to their apartment sometimes。 I'm eager to see what the author will come up with next to keep their story interesting。 I'm also looking forward to seeing some headway in Yuge and Natsuo's relationship。 。。。more
